Exiting news! I have followed this development since the 1st xtra fuel kit demo video. Can’t wait for my 5th injector to arrive, (Canadian post to Australia 😔) then my WMI setup can be utilised for cooling & cleaning instead of a fuel source 👍 This is next on my list once I reach the limits and swap out my (very new) K04 for something bigger Keep up the excellent work Alex (TURBO4)

What is the AEM fuel pump part number in this upgrade? If anything were to fail in the future I want to make sure if i can service this myself

It’s their ethanol designed 340lph pump.

Hi Do you know about 1.8 tsi EA888 gen2 is it same fuel sistem? Is it support same whp ?

I am not sure if the pump will fit - you would have to try. However usually the 1.8 support a bit less power than the 2.0 versions.

Will this work at all without a tune? Im running an IE stage 2, and they don't support LPFP upgrades. I have a mk6 R.

I’ve been looking for a drop in pump for my 2013 golf r to able to go bigger than k04 would this be sufficient ?

This will work as long as the physical pump buckets and caps are the same between fwd and awd cars.

Whats the power like with the LPFP only and with Aux fuel on a 91/93 ?

Depends on your turbo size and how good your fuel is. You will hit the knock limit before you reach the fueling limit as it’s well over 400whp.

This mk6 makes mid 300whp on pump gas and upper 300s on ethanol blend. The in tank pump is not a limiting factor on that power, the turbo is.

what fueling system uppgrades would you guys recomend for a K04 GTI? planning on using mine for daily/spirited driving and occasional autox events. Very mixed results from forums and rather ask you guys directly. Thanks!

@@stratifiedauto 91 Oct since anything higher isn’t available where I’m at, not looking to do any ethanol blends either. Horsepower is not a big concern, if anything I just want to make sure the fueling system will be reliable, thanks!

For 91 octane you can stay with the OEM fuel system. We have tuned a lot of k04 setups on 91 and as long as the fuel filter is new it will do well.

Not sure what the question is. Meth can increase octane and add fuel but most systems are not too reliable.
