Cracking video. I didn't even know about Ford Sync 3.4 until I saw this. I have just uploaded it onto my MK8 Fiesta ST this morning. It's a great upgrade and the updated maps are a bonus👍

Thanks for showing this. Is there a benefit to updating through a third-party site rather than directly through the Ford website? I’m just thinking about my miraculous ability to break things unintentionally…

Ford site may not support your car build. This method ensures latest version no what year it was built 🤙🏻 Not heard of any issues long as you just leave it to install with engine on haha

Do you remember how many "download connections" you choose between 1,4,6 and 8?

What year is your Fiesta? Does it have the APIM module? A friend of mine can't upgrade his Fiesta's Sync from 3.0 to 3.4, I can only presume his car doesn't have an APIM. I was able to upgrade my Focus MK4 from 3.3 to 3.4 via CyanLabs without any problems.

An OG from 2018! You have to state the current system number into cyan labs so might be something to do with that? Not 100% sure pal

Random question did you loose the ST Splash logo/animation by updating to 3.4?

I have it in my ST Edition. Its an ST logo when you get in the car and a Ford logo when you turn the power off.

@@JC_303 when I updated mine I had the Ford logo for a bit. But over time the system sorts itself out to the default program. As the ST’s are programmed to display ‘ST’ and other Ford’s just display ‘Ford’. Sometimes it displays Ford when first updated but sorts itself out eventually. 👍🏼
