Yes and from what I've seen here, it also prevents "drop shoting" because going fully prown now has a little delay in between. So sweats are now unable to unrealistically drop down to the ground while magically still shooting their weapon in 0,2 seconds.

If you’re in console turn of cross-play. As far as I’m aware there are no kernel level cheats on console, the worst you can get are Cronus users who have reduced recoil but nothing like the aimbots and wallhacks available on PC.
