Needs to damage more. Damage heal damage heal rhythm. Just look at what enemy Bap did. He was proactive with his team and they won, and he deserved to win.

I'm doing all i can as a support but keep getting tanks with no sense and dps with little dmg,bad positioning and they never swap etc... i wanna cry

When I get a rough game like that I find the 1 person out of the tank and dps doing well, swap to zen, harmony them and add more damage with discord and zen's damage. Sometimes works. Placed in Silver 4 last season and Plat 1 now so no pro but that's what I've done.

if you're busy focusing on what your teammates are doing wrong, you're going to miss all the things you're doing wrong. that's just the reality of things. the second you start focusing entirely on what you need to do and should be doing, you'll have much more enjoyable games. you aren't doing as much as you think you are, but the moment you accept that and focus on that, your games will start to feel better because you will know you have impact.
