- No need to 'pump in' crowd noise at the Rogers Centre during those two postseason runs by the Blue Jays, the fans there were just plain loud & boisterous & the shaking cameras were an example of that. :)

You couldn't hear. I was at the Altuve walk off this past year and it was super loud. The Houston fans come out and make too much noise in meaningful games for that. I am disappointed in our guys and I miss AJ.

The World Cup happens every 4 years and it happened in 2018 and Mexico beat Germany in the game and basically took em down. Mexico was going crazy and I’m parts of Mexico at major watch parties, they were all jumping and caused mini earthquakes across Mexico

162 game regular season...95% of those games are ho-hum. Baseball only really gets interesting in the postseason. When you go out to the ballpark during the regular season, a majority of the people there are not really that engaged with the game. They're socializing with their buddies.

I was finishing up a shorthaul run that night on the 401 across the lake in Ontario. Hearing Hammy call that bomb and the tie up HR that followed was an absolute gift. We deserved so much more that year instead of falling short to the Yankees..

That last one holds a special place in my heart. Was watching that game with my mother, my aunt, and my grandmother who passed away a few years ago. Yanks were down 4-1 going into that 7th inning. Gardner's inside-the-park homer ended up shifting the momentum, and they won it 5-4 in the 9th on a Melky Cabrera single. Still get chills from that game to this day~

@@danielvaldman854 As a Cubs fan, prior to the end of game 7 in 2016 I felt the same way about Kerry Woods home run in the 2003 NLCS. For one fleeting moment I had true hope that the Cubs were going to win the pennant. Then my heart was shattered again as they collapsed for the second straight game. You guys will win the series soon enough. If the Cubs don't win the series I'm rooting for the Indians every year. The fact that you guys are arch rivals of the White Sox gives me even more added motivation too haha.

No shit. Joaquin Benoit was terrible. Valverde had one great season and then was a shambolic pitcher. Joe Nathan was terrible immediately after Benoit. It’s always been the bullpen in Detroit. Ever since Zumaya broke his finger. We should’ve won the pennant in 2013 and 2006.

Santa Claus The cubs also came back from a 3-1 Series deficit, and the Indians lost only by one run in games 5 and 7, and also hit an insane game tying 3-run homer? That is not “failing”. The cubs had the best defensive team ever, but still had 3 errors and other mistakes, and the series could’ve totally changed with just the snap of ones fingers... also the cubs won the World Series for the first time in 108 years? Yeah. That’s pretty intense.

The Dude it more proves how a moment that ends up not mattering in the end still can seem like the biggest accomplishment ever from that perfect blend. Don't get me wrong it was definitely pointless afterwards but in the moment, you feel like the Indians had a chance after all

Being live in person at the orioles vs Detroit game when that ball came off his bat iv never heard anything so loud in my life , the ground was shaking like an earthquake and when hardy scored from 1st to give us the lead it’s almost like it picked up another 10 decibels , was insane moment to be apart of
