I remember watching a young, spry Salvador Perez playing his crazy style of baseball as the Royals ran through the playoffs in 2014. Had just graduated college, was looking for jobs and hadnt been into baseball for a few years. Those teams with Lorenzo Cain, Alex Gordon, Yordano Ventura, Eric Hosmer, Mike Moustakas, Wade Davis, et al brought me back into the sport. Its nice to see Salvador now as a vet leading a young team through the playoffs again. His stats dont hold up but i still hope he makes it to the Hall of Fame

I am suddenly a lot more optimistic about the Royals advancing. Yankees are hitting 3-19 with RISP and are going to a pitcher friendly ballpark in the K that heavily favors small ball, a concept the Yankees don't want to try as they seem content to swing for the fences. Judge is just barely above the Mendoza line for his playoff career and Lugo is starting G3. Not gonna call it yet, but I think if we can take Game 3, we close it out in 4.

If Judge has problems during the postseason, the solution is easy: ENJOY. Forget about the postseason and enjoy every moment of the game. I repeat, forget about the postseason, baseball is baseball. You just have to have the same hungry of the regular season, the same attitude. Enjoy!!!

One thing to note is that the Yankees record at home is pretty disappointing, the Yankees have lost a lot at home. The first game also did not show any special performance. I'm a Yankees fan, but the truth is, the Yankees aren't doing well. The Yankees need to work hard to improve their performance
