As a Yankee fan, Cardinals are a decent team 69-68 just in the middle of NL and not even close in Wild Card race. Cardinals bottom of lineup killed us(Wilson 5-5 first career five hit game and had a HR, Donovan had couple hits and Lars Nootbar had a HR with couple hits. It helped Cardinals top of lineup when they wasnt hitting well. Baker HR too and Burleson pinch hit this game. He didnt play while Arenado & Goldschmidt their best players werent big inpact this game on offense but Cardinals have a good bullpen too. Just outside of Gray & Mikolas, rotation is weak but their lineup is decent and flexible. Lars Nootbar played in WBC for Japan🇯🇵.

A run did score on the dp he hit into, although it meant nothing, and I KNOW he can't come thru all the time, but that was a moment that could've been a MOMENT, and it wasn't.
