Still stole 22. He will likely have 200 steals by the end of this, his age 26 season. 100 more and joins Willie Mays as the only non steroid users to have 500 home runs and 300 steals assuming he gets 500 and he will).

Stop trying to throw Bryce Harpers name in the mike trout conversation. Trout has waaayyyy better numbers and has far more tools. He can run to first twice before harper gets there once. No temper tantrums, no social media crap, hits for average as well as power, draws walks, steals bases, stronger arm, turns singles into doubles, doubles into triples, hustles all game long, humble and quiet. Harper doesnt do any of those things except hits homeruns and walks. Thats about it. Thats why you dont compare the two just because theyre the same age almost. Trout's having a better career and will finish far ahead of Harpo.

The world is not appreciating the all time greatness we are seeing from trout. Yes the angels haven't done nothing in the playoffs. But that's not because of him. Also I want to point out that the shifting that goes on in baseball now in days is taking away from batters numbers. This putting the whole outfield on the left side or right side is ridiculous. Along with the entire infield being on one side. Then the pitcher can pitch to the shift. Baseball wonders why the ratings for baseball have dropped. Its because people want to see offense and teams are using this bs shifting way to much. Moving slightly but within your position is fine. But if your a third baseman you should not be behind second base. If Trout played in the 70's 80's, 90's, early 00's then he'd average 340, 50 homers, 135 rbis with a OPS around 1250.
