This was a wild one, both team's defenses were god awful, the most runs in Padres history, and the fact that just over a week prior, another iconic moment had happened which ALSO involved the Padres and Nats. There was so many good moments, the first inning when Soto hit that game tying home run just telling the Pads "no you", the slam from Myers, the cycle from Cronenworth, and the fact that the Padres were RELENTLESS on offense just made this game awesome, even looking past the 24 runs.
