So sad to hear of his passing. He was such a nice and humble guy. And he was so appreciative of his fans, unlike many other rock stars.

Sadly I just found Meat Loaf after he has passed on. He looks so wonderful here, less weight better color. Now he's reunited with his old friend, making music together and hopefully resting some.

I found out about Meat and Jim after Meat died to and I'm sad. I have heard Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad and Surf's Up in High School but I wasn't into most 70s and 80s or 90s music. I had a few but not much. I regret it now. My Dad a week after Meat had sweet dreams, turned on a music show talking about the 70s, 80s and 90s. It showed the Dead Ringer music video but only the part where it says " I don't know who you are or what you do or where you go when you're not around " I liked it. I like how fast it is. I think the other reason is because it was the first song I ever listened to. 🤣 not counting Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad or Surf's Up. Here's something to make you laugh. I listened to the song a couple of times in it's entirety and but then one day I thought to myself, ' Are they saying " Rock N Roll and Rue? ". So I looked up the lyrics and played the song at the same time and he was already at the end of the second line before I was even on the third word of the first. I had to play the first line, pause it, read it, play the second line, pause it, read it, play the third line, pause it, read it and so on and so on. The lyrics say " Rock N Roll and Brew. Rue is actually a real word. It means, bitterly regret something one has done or allowed to happen or Repentance; regret. But anyway, there's my spiel.

I saw footage of him at the Comicon, where he autographed a fan's guitar. He looked really ill and lost a lot of weight. It is great to see him look so well in this video. Glad he is getting his health sorted out, particularly his back after that botched surgery. Bless him! He has aged very gracefully and looks great!

Just wow!! Meat never fails to amaze me! How he remembers all the details of his incredibly detailed career so far is simply brilliant! He answered a question I would have asked (about duet partners) and I loved his answer about favorite holiday song, because my ancestor (Joseph Mohr) wrote the lyrics to Silent Night. He is so interesting and entertaining, and that wonderful laugh and smile has been contagious since the 70's :) He is the gift that keeps on giving, and we are so fortunate that he is still sharing his life with us! xo
