A day like that can really play on the mind, you're definitely getting bites, but for some reason the hook-ups weren't coming, but I know your experience of years of fishing will figure it out.

Thanks RWA. They just get funky around the spawn. I should have picked up a Ned rig. Next time!

You had a good boater, that first pocket was full of fish. What do thing you were missing so many fish ?. That happens but it a bummer when it happens.thanks for sharing.
@TheTinHorseMonty Жыл бұрын
Scott was great to fish with. He missed several bites. Just biting funny. I've change my shakeyhead to a thinner wire again to see if that was the deal.

Boater did put on a clinic. The KY lake tourism dept. Should promote your video with all those catches. You have blisters from using that net so much for the boater?😀

Man I know that was a more frustrating day than you lead on. Way to keep your head up and keep the focus. You had an awesome boater and this was a great video. Can't wait for the next one!

Hey man I have watched your vids for a while now and just for a tip you need to be throwing your bottom baits like jigs and shakes heads on a heavier rod. The limber rod you lose is making you not connect with a lot of the fish. You have lost a ton of fish and the rod your using is why
@TheTinHorseMonty Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the suggestion Carson. I'm currently making a few adjustments to my arsenal. Appreciate the feedback.

Ahhh, bass fishing! Fishing from a $120K bass boat, pulling it with an $80k truck, competing against some 200 other likeminded individuals for a $2500 pay check.
