The commentators WILL use this wording very often. Jokes aside, is this maybe the height of "E sports commentary"? It's incredibly bland and obvious, lacking all form of personality or quirck, but also deeper understanding or interesting observations. "Sheik is dangerous from off a grab", "Pikachu with that tail spike". I'm not implying that professional commentary is a bad thing by say, but I'm pretty sure that this is what people mean when they state that "E sport commentary" is boring. This whole event seemed strangely undermanned and passionless. First of all, where are the vods? I know, I know, I'm watching one right now, but where are the official vods? They're nowhere to be found. Second of all, where are all the players? Armada I know was at a swedish tournament, but where are the rest of the gods? And where is the entirety of California? I read something about melee not going to be included in the MLG line up this year, yet here we are. Is the bland tournament/commentary/turnup a result of short notice? Can someone fill me in here?

+Mrs. Featherbottom I believe this tournament was on pretty short notice. I've been busy the past few months, but I remember first hearing about this tournament only like a month or two ago. Also, this tournament was in New Orleans, Louisiana so RIP Cali lmao. As for the gods, Armada was at that Swedish tourney, Leffen seems to have immigration problems, PP is still training in his cave in a mountain somewhere, and idk about Mango.

+Mrs. Featherbottom D1 is a great commentator; I don't know who the other guy is but he's the one w/ the inane comments.
