try my new build for once its hybrid build first item swift boots then clock of destiny (buy only elegant gem first) then queen's wing then complete clock of destiny then buy concentrated energy then buy oracle then buy brute force breastplate for emblem i use fighter emblem 1st swift (10% atk speed) 2nd tenacity (15 hybrid defence at 50% hp) 3rd killing spree (increase moment speed and hp after kill) spell: vengeance Note: don't playing against 1v 3 or more without Wings passive counter: only cc

crazy build idea and I already test it out but it is a high risk high reward build Swift boots (depends) Heaven feather Genius wand Windtalker Berserkers fury Holy cristal or Devine glave Spell (inspire) Emblem Mage one 1 crit 5+... Weapon master or bargain War cry (forgot what it was, but it was yu deal 3 strike then your strong). Prioritizes 2nd skill Not sure if this helps but good luck.

Since 1st weeks of release of Julian I always go with Concentrated Energy, Feather of Heaven and Windtalker cause it works well on his passive. So not suprised if one of the top players uses this build. But its still not effective on tanky lineup heroes.

CDR build much better, i have been using the new clock of Destiny plus Queens wings for sustain, also, queens wings passive can save u with his passive if skills are on cd and u are being attacked.

I uhh... out of curiosity and cause I just despise the pen build for silvanna... I made her an attack speed build with on hit items... yes... even the shoes are attack speed I also used Marksman emblem... Atk spd shoes + Feather + Typhoon + Golden Staff + dhs + Concentrated energy... It works... ish... You become a spinning howitzer of annoyance and death. 1st + AA 5X + Ult + 2 or just 1st + AA for eternity... or ult + AA. Yes, I feel a little guilty building this but I was curious cause heroes have these added details that get overlooked for "meta builds"... I have been recently getting beaten by a corrosion scythe + dhs + Haas + Berserker + Malefic build... On people like melissa and zilong... sometimes screw dhs... and adjust as needed.

As a supreme julian 1 player I go with sky piercer first then boots,genius wand,feather, holy,and freeze (last items depends on you or enemy lineup), (You can also take burning and divine glane and take out freeze n holy if enemies r tanky and fighters with sustain) my strategy is I start with whatever the enemy core goes first buff for and I also take my own buff and go straight for the next buff and if enemy takes litho that's his downfall cause I'll be waiting for him sith retri and kilo him right there in his next buff since julian doesn't need lvl 4 for ult skills...also even if enemy core doesn't take litho I'll go with his next buff and fight with him since I got all skills from lvl 3 and that's the Game changer strategy I use to win every match dominating enemy lanes,jungles etc and end game fast before 12 or 10 min mark...also ban roger and gato for safety😂😂

You know who else works well with atk spd build? (kind of) Thamuz... Well, he *used* to work well with it, till his ULT heal got nerfed. Why? You see, Thamuz's heal can be triggered multiple times with Golden Staff (GS). He used to regenerate around 900hp with each basic atk once you got the GS' passive going, which makes him *STUPIDLY* tanky, so long as you hit someone with your basic atks. Nowadays, I don't think he can even heal nowhere near that with GS.

I usually play Julian in exp lane and I'd recommend glowing wand as first item it helps him a lot in early games also sky piercer is overrated try wishing lantern + concentrated energy he'll be immortal throughout the game while bullying tanky enemies Only con is if you can't land skills then GG

@ Let me answer on his behalf since i have seen and played lancelot during his release. He had so much base damage on his second skill, it also had a lower CD thats why he did get away with bloodlust as a first item. Even if you revert his spell vamp ratio to his original state he still wouldn't be strong as his prime

Never sacrifice your Genius Wand early game just to obtain attack speed and magic power which is Feather of Heaven, remember Genius Wand is Julian's IMPORTANT item. You are lowering your chance to dominate the early game, I know you don't want that to happen. You don't need attack speed early in the game since most hero is squishy or let's just say it's a food for Julian. You can buy the Feather of Heaven as your 2nd item. You don't need that much attack speed since he's a skill caster plus his passive are % scaling, which doesn't need attack speed, you just need a few basic attack and the enemy is dead. Trust me with this one. You can also build Sky Piercer instead of Genius Wand because of Sky Piercer's stacked passive.
