I’ve been actually seeing her a lot recently, literally a distant cousin of Kagura. Has purify/cc immunity, dash, dmg reduction(while kagura shield), cc, and high burst dmg on ult. They’re both similar but gameplay wise very different, even tho she’s not meta, she falls just right in the *balanced* zone like kagura, ruby, yu zhong and more. _Also u should get ur purify ready if she’s paired with a good johnson_

Holy crystal is for the amazing % value it gives for your magic power. It enhances your damage at least by 40% overall usually and is a must have pretty much for any ap magic damage dealer. It should be incentivized a lot more; it’s not just good for her because it has “multiple hits”. If anything she might actually benefit more from a build like clock into fleeting/holy/genius because her scaling is pretty insane. I wouldn’t prioritize lightning trunch on her as a must have over the others because she’s not really a poke mage. Yes it’s extra damage I understand that but it’s not 100% a necessity while I’d say holy crystal is. To make it clearer 1.) Arcane Boots 2.) Clock of Destiny 3.) Fleeting time/Enchanted Talisman your choice. 4.) Holy Crystal 5.) A magic penetration item of your choice; Genius wand is preferable unless you’re versus aggressive tanks. 6.) A mix between lightning truncheon/winter truncheon/ and Blood wings. Whatever you’d like. Lightning trunch is better if you need to Poke them down; Blood wings is never bad it’s one of the most underrated items in the game; winter trunch if you need an invuln. A few more tips I would say for her would be to watch her passive timer as it’s one of the most reliable passives in the game in terms of damage mitigation if you can time it correctly. Her second skill can be used as a zoning skill and combos extremely well with supports/ tanks that have built in cc with its delay. My friend and I used to do a Lolita/ atlas kadita combo and it was pretty nasty. Another tip I want to say is she’s played like an assassin not a mage primarily. You want to use bushes to your advantage yes; but also realize that you’re very weak to ranged damage dealers that can poke you from far away. I would pick her as a counterpick in draft not as a priority or blind pick. Kagura and luo yi are pretty nasty into her 100% in terms of mage matchups. Kagura has shorter cooldowns in every aspect and can bully her on top of evading the cc she wants; luo yi can prevent her from engaging in general it’s pretty annoying. Yes I’m aware she has “Cc ImMuNiTy” or whatever but a good luo yi is just going to mark you and wait just like in Elgin’s video. Let me think of stuff I’d love to play kadita into; nasty assassins like ling/lance/haya she has extra survivability with her passive and damage reduction and her invuln on top of burst damage. And short ranged targets maybe moskov or enchanters like floryn. It’s not that she cares for dashes she just needs a way to land her combos. And dashes make it harder to do so. She’s a very good mage; she’s like an easier version of Kagura but she has obvious limitations; she’s forced to dive and struggles into ranged stuff she can’t reach like cecilion or Clint that can poke her down; hence why she prefers people like set tanks that can help her land her combos. She loves people that dive into her naturally though on the flip side so just think about that when you pick her in rank.

Lightning Truncheon is a GREAT ite for Kaidta since it gives mana and that extra damage from the items passive is a game changer for crowd damage and even solo enemy, with lightning Truncheon you can kill a squishy mage or mm in late game by just your 1st and 2nd skill combined thanks to lightning

@@gachablackchannel2915 you can do that through not building it too is what I was trying to say. Actually most people don’t realize this but when you have a mage with extremely high burst damage I.e. Eudora aurora vale (I’d consider kadita in the mix as well) or people with a lot of instantaneous burst gusion, Julian etc.; their combos are usually enhanced further early mid game pathing pen boots into genius and holy crystal over an early lightning trunch. Lightning trunch is more a mid-late game item in reality. Something about lightning trunch is that A.) a lot of mages don’t really receive a full 1000 points of damage off of it even late game with clock unless they build an additional mana item like fleeting time or domi ice; and B.) your hero’s level scales your mana up. So the more levels you have the more damage lightning trunch actually does. It usually makes no sense in reality to get it level 8-10 (the normal timeframe it’s bought within) other than it being a supplementary item for clock to deal decent mid game damage. It’s an amazing item on anyone who pokes you down more so than one combo burst you down. Elgin’s build here maximizes trunch damage yes; but it’s 3 items in and I wouldn’t get it here over holy crystal which is a HUGE spike in damage for her; and about this time in a high Elo sense some form of magic resist is usually bought and pen is normally somewhat prioritized. Lightning trunch is super optional; like even blood wings are just as effective as it just a more expensive option.

2-1-3 is still her best combo because enemies are taken by surprise and have less time to react when seeing the water underneath compared to seeing Kadita diving into them. You'll have much control of the situation and less likely to take damage or just less likely to die more often. You only do 1-2-3 if you're chasing an enemy or you have a sure shot of hitting them.

I'll give some tips since i've both been playing and watching god1va (the roamer of AURA FIRE ID): -Kadita being a roamer brings out the full potential of kadita imo, for example, you're free to both help exp/gold lane, or disturb the enemy's jungle, you can most certainly waste the enemy's jungler time, retribution, OR their buff, to do this when you're level is a simple skill 1 + petrify (let go of skill 1 first since you cant petri inside the wave) and if the enemy refuses to use their retri and get hit by the petrify, you get the buff -I recommend using conceal with kadita instead of dire hit to surprise enemy -do not use petrify if you are ambushing an enemy from a bush, since a skill 1 + 2 is a guranteed knock up, unless they use a blink skill -if it's late game and the enemy refuses to use a magic defense, then you kill them by just the waves from her skill 3 coming back (use petrify to guarantee the kill) - The 1+2+petri+3 combo is a good way to reposition yourself and hit your full ult I prefer petrify instead of flicker or execute since it's more impactful in the war just play kadita however you like, im just giving some tips

Tip: some cases, kadita is forced to build anti-heal against heroes high spellvamp and most of the time, they are melee/short range. Instead of building necklace of durance, I recommend dominance ice. Gives phy def, 10%cdr, and ms. U can utilize its bonus mana by building lightning truncheon that way u can maximize the use of item. Btw, this tip is also for other mages that often near enemies such as kagura and alice

for kaditas build, i dont suggest buying lightning truncheon. her ult benefits more from penetration as each wave gains more damage rather than a single extra base damage. lightning is better for poking- so i would suggest pen shoes, CoD, genuis wand, then fleeting time with your last slots for power items like crystal and wings, extra pen with glaive, or defence with athena or immortality. in rare cases i would use ice queen for better secures or glowing wand for high hp compositions.

I used to play ml and my main was Kadita. She is also a good counter to both Johnson and Odette (for their combo) since when they bump you, you can easily use Kadita’s forst and do the rest of the combo. She is also a nice counter to Lancelot! When Lancelot uses his 2nd skill, pretend to go away with Kadita’s first skill and the return to do your combo! She is an incredible and unappreciated mage who can do a lot during teamfights 💙💙

I actually have a full skillset revamp idea about Kadita on a separate video of Elgin, specifically the new patch update. Watching this video, I just realized that she doesn't have any major issues regarding her skillset. Just the delay on her ult's animation and long cd in her skills in her early game. The only problem I have with her is her FREAKIN LONG 30 second cd on her passive. That is just too bad for a passive. Though it is a heal but still. They should buff it tho. Buff the cd in early-late then buff the duration of the passive when it activates. 4 seconds before the passive activates is really helpful in early game since enemies will still not be able to kill/burst you yet. Once it reaches late game, that 4 seconds delay makes her passive useless. They should make it 1.5 seconds to prevent from being bursted. from mm's. Although, it is not going to be a guarantee escape from their damage nor making you invincible to them but rather helps Kadita mains give a fighting chance since her skillset can easily avoided Or either they revamp it. Instead of waiting for it to activate. Why not make it into something like this? Kadita's passive will grant her 65% of her max Hp back when her Hp reaches below 30% after recieving damage. From the passive name, Thalassophobia. They should also give her passive an AoE on a small area around her and damage enemies on a decent damage and will be frightened for 1 second or 0.5 second. Let me hear your thoughts you guys!!!

I think her passive is fine, 30s also isn’t long at all for a passive that can literally Safe your life. It will be up in each big fight. The only thing I would change is make the delay till the heal maybe 3s instead of 4s, but 1,5s is way to short

It would not take 3 seconds for mm's to kill Kadita, making her passive useless. Considering also that her skills are predictable. So when you miss your skills, just say bye2. Especially facing with a Miya player or even Lesley and Layla.

kadita is a hidden gem in MLBB.. under rated compared to MPL frequently used mages like kagura, yve, lunox, cecilion, etc.. but if only pro players practice her well enough, her skill set and damage deserves to be in the so called META because it is all complete.. high burst damage, airborne cc skill, dash skill with cc immunity and enemy damage reduction plus slow effects to enemy.. kadita deserves to be promoted and get the rspect she deserves..

I play Kadita and I personally do the 1-2-3 combo because of you do the 2-1-3 combo, they have a higher chance of escaping because it’s takes longer to knock them up, so I think the 1-2-3 is faster and more effective
