You are so right she is a leval head and her son tries with his dad and Matt is like a steam roller. I owned a gym for 22 years and my brother was Mr Arizona he trained the people that wanted training and the best way in all the years are work out the top on one day then work out the bottom on the opposite days then once you get things where you are pretty much going into the right direction then you work out special parts of your body. Especialy at an older age . Your bones still age in a normal way which is they are not as strong . But you need to be taking a good regimen of vit and minerals . No one wants to see you wrek😮 yourself why would we.

I’m a fairly new follower, but I truly enjoy the dynamics! Little downer moment… my dad LOVED to gamble! I unfortunately got that passion but am not as lucky or wealthy to actually do it often, so I live vicariously through you guys and it makes my heart happy because my dad would have loved you guys and would have tried to make his own “Vegas Matt” family! (Just in south Louisiana not in Vegas😉). Now coming from a family prone to addiction and having had my grandfather die from being an alcoholic and a sister who is struggling with alcoholism, I think Matt needs to continue with the little to no drinking… give him a couple days a month maybe, but I think it’s really important for him to maintain consistent sobriety… sorry Vegas Matt. Now for EJ… the body fat measurement and trainer should be your next step… on most people actual measurements don’t show the true progress… some people just don’t “bulk up”… he should also do the dental aspect as well as the meal plan… the meal plan can be 3-4 days a week… Hopefully one day I’ll be able to meet up with you guys and spend an evening on the machines with you!
