So, if this is a dream, does that mean that that's actually really Luna in his dream (cus ya know, that's her job to be the overseer of dreams and such)? If so, that'd explain the reluctance compared to Celestia, which is only a figment of his imagination/dreams. If that was your plan, very nice detail work.
