Depending on how long Jimmy Knorp wants to play, he could break some all-time records in a few years. He brings a ton of enthusiasm to the game - that's for sure. One thing really shows when you mic'd up Jordan Kurdi. When I was playing ball, there was no way - and I mean no way, I would acknowledge an opponent's effort, skill or anything like that. He may feel it because maybe i'd man him up or something, but I'd never say it to his face. Times change for sure.

WOW. WHAT A SERIES. Time for some takeaways: Just first and foremost. Jordan. Kurdi. That's all. Magic - Is it just me or does every single crazy series involve the Magic 😂 - I repeat, Jordan. Kurdi. What a gem. - I know it was windy but control killed Chadwick in game one. Walking the bases full of runners every inning was brutal. Only 1 hit at the plate too. Tough day for Chadwick. He plays better and the Magic maybe grab another much needed game - Aigner may not be the most fundamentally sound guy but when he gets a hold of the ball it soars. Great launch angle. We love Father Swagner D-Backs - Jimmy is just unreal. I don't even know what to say at this point. I'm shocked whenever he doesn't reach base or strike out an entire side of batters. His fielding is extremely valuable as well, always snagging hard hit grounders right back at him - Knorp has soo many arm slots, pitches in his arsenal, it's super hard to catch on to him until you see him for a few ABs. Unfortunately by that point the game is already over haha - Heath ain't bad as a number 2. He barely missed on a couple of big K's in Game 2. Schema did a great job making tons of contact this series too - Absolutely the number 1 team, not shocked at all to see them clinching the NL with a series left

This is why the field is small and the mound is 38 feet away. It increases the drama. What are the dramatic moments in baseball? A strike out, with the game tied and the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth or being down by a run, with two outs and a runner on, and having a walk-off homerun. How many times did stuff like this happen in this series. MLW can pack more dramatic moments in three innings than the MLB can do in nine. It'll be glad when the league grows so popular that it is played in front of an audience. The OK series showed how cool that was.

Great series! Magic got the one win they needed, and almost stole a second! Nice to see Kurdi pop on the scene like that. DBacks had everyone contribute. Schema quietly carried them today, leading in hits. I think they lose the series without his performance. Knorp had an off day at the plate before that last home run - even in his own words the other guys hit better then him. Heath came up with a some big hits and again pitched well as a #2 arm.
