Boys, the things you are doing with MLW are incredible. My wife was diagnosed T1D at age 38. In the 4 years since then, I've learned just how awful it is. She (& me ok 😊) teared up listening to Trey and Jimmy talk about their lives with T1D. We both wish them the best in their fight with diabetes. The D-Backs gained a new fan today

Also, the officiating is better in MLW than any other sport. You consistently make good calls and the replays are somehow better and more accurate than MLB. The ball/strike system is great too. Either it hits it or it doesn't. No judgement call or "human element."

I would agree, Kyle. Even being more of a DBacks fan, it's hard to argue - this is the best MLW game I've ever watched - the play, production, all of it culminating in a memorable series none of us are soon to forget. Life imitating art imitating life. The effort you and the rest of the gang (we see you, Mr. Schultz!) put into the league every week makes great moments like this possible. Type 1 Diabetic Here. LOVE IT! People are so uneducated about it and it gets annoying when I'm skinny and there like "you don't look like a diabetic!". I feel normal because of the awareness and some people at my schools are able to guess I'm T1D which is awesome. Live MLW!

My best friend has Type 1 diabetes, and when we were really young, he told me that he has type 1 diabetes I remember him asking me "can we still be friends?" I told him "of course," but I never understood why he asked me. Later he told me how he had been really embarrassed as a young child and felt like he didn't belong because he was different. So watching this video makes me grateful to you guys for raising awareness. And I especially hope the younger kids realize that type 1 diabetes doesn't change who you are or who you can be.

Some advice for Jimmy and Trey, you should both try the Freestyle Libre. It's made controlling my T1D so much easier! And does not hamper me when playing sport here in Wales. Great to see the the awareness from T1D being spread.
