我喺海外返工,接觸唔同國藉既人,無論70,80,90定00後都係咁,唔止香港,係全世界都係咁,隨時玩失蹤,最近請左個supervisor級新同事,入職第一日嗰朝10分鐘前text 我老細返唔到,因為冇合適衣物返工....之後no show 2日再浦頭。 亦有大量90後會text message"sorry,I can't make it today" ," weather is not suitable to work", "feeling under the weather " ,而00後最興隨機absence,no show,辭職連resignation letter 都冇直接消失

text message"sorry,I can't make it today" ," weather is not suitable to work", "feeling under the weather " 隨機absence,no show... 面對以上這些情況, 最有效是要僱主在聘書上寫明 例如"但凡種種非持有醫生紙情況下的自行請假將會跟薪酬掛鉤地以某個計算的方法來扣減 按時間長短 及 每月宗數來加成" , 這樣約法三章了, 日後你想如何減薪就自行斟酌... 隨時玩失蹤就逐分鐘計, 例如一消失就起錶 每3分鐘提成+10% 咁扣, 睇你玩到公司定玩到自己?
wa diu ,講嘢冇邏輯中咁L惡😂 我都明白老一輩用一生嘅時間搵錢其實會忽略咗好多後生仔嘅其他情感精神需要。但老一輩唔花一生嘅時間搵錢邊養得出你呢條茂利😂 其實每一代都會聰明過上一代人,你一定聰明過自己老豆老母,咁你就可以再體諒下點解佢哋會發生啲咁嘅事。除非喺你眼中佢哋真係p街嚟嘅,淨係掛住搵錢完全唔使錢落自己度,又或者日日搵完錢返嚟打自己。咁我會同你講,辛苦曬咁多年希望你早日走出呢個家庭,如果唔係嘅話希望你快啲成長😂
