Great to hear! I consistently cycle for 30 minutes (1 hour return) to commute to work in London 2/3 times a week, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health.
This mindset is exactly why so many cyclists get into accidents. You can't argue with an incoming 10 ton Lorry about "Right of way"...

@@ckwai123 same when you are driving a car, so what’s the point? This kind of mindset is exactly why large trucks bully smaller cars and bikes on the road.
As a person living in the Netherlands, cycling is like breathing, we do it naturally. The best example I can give is when students go for a beer run, we have crates of 24 bottles of beer, stacked on the front and back luggage carriers, and still ride like its nothing.

Unlike Netherland, we here in Hong Kong don't have roads design to be cycling-friendly. It's chilling in Netherland while in Hong Kong it's more of a thrilling experience roaming the road.

@@Col3Jaeger I know, I have been to hong kong loads of times and I have lived there for a few years. The road situation there is a lot more hectic I give you that, and also in the kowloon area there not a lot of bike infrastructure
