Tbf 99% of the restaurants have "training wheels" you can get on your chopsticks. You dont need all of that. If you ask for it they most likely got it .

The paper towel never works for me with the onion, I have to ether wet my cutting board or run the sink a lil next to cutting the onion so my eyes don’t burn, the chemical goes to the closest water source so just have some kinda of water other then your eyes around or just wet your onion 😂
