IMO, Tokita Ohma vs Imai Cosmo is an awesome fight for MMA / Grappling analysis. They're both quite exhausted from their previous fights. The ending move is a grappling move that probably neither of you have ever seen. Unfortunately, it's only in the manga though as it wasn't covered in the anime. There are MMVs online detailing the fight from the manga.
