Obvious arson. Business is bad, so the business and fire insurance will add to the owners' profits. Note that the co-owner is smiling and isn't upset in the slightest. He's just complaining about the smoke. If this were not a deliberately set fire, the co-owner would be upset and he'd want to know how such a massive fire could possibly have happened.

You obviously know absolutely nothing about jocko and dean lister haha. The business was clearly booming, since jocko has an enormous following as well as having been recently renovated. The reason they aren't mindlessly freaking out is because they preach stoicism in the face of setbacks. Was due to faulty sauna equipment also.
