For those wondering how the rankings were made, from 2008 - 2013, Bloody Elbow created a consensus ranking system that combined rankings from numerous websites. The link to that is in the description.

Also, in my notes I somehow confused two Gonzaga fights for Sylvia fights. 1:20 Gonzaga submitted McCully and 2:05 Gonzaga KO'd Hendricks, but neither fight affected the rankings.

Fedor went undefeated for 10 years 4.Out of his 5 losses, 3 were against the known PED users(I don't count that stoppage vs Kosaka because it was a misfortunate cut due to Kosaka being his second opponent of the night, and also because Fedor won the rematch in dominant fashion) . Important note: Werdum, Bigfoot failed a drug test.

@Bipede indignato Fedor received his first loss in ten years in 2010, obviously his stock was so much higher than the competition that even with that one measly loss, he was miles ahead of Brock's mediocre UFC run. Also, Brock's devastating losses to real UFC talents like Overeem and Cain shows how poor his abilities actually were and how overhyped he was. Maybe some bought the hype at the time his stock was highest, but in hindsight it should be clear to any objective observer that he would be smoked by most people on this list. He just simply wasn't any good.
