Cannonier seems like such a good dude too. I hope he gets another title shot. The ref stopped the fight as soon as Jared clearly recovered. He had his balance back and the last shot went off his hands.

That was a lousy stoppage, especially given what was at stake (Jared is 40, and opportunity becomes scarce at this career stage). The least Jason Herzog (the ref) must do is apologize. I wish Jared would get the chance to rematch or at least move forward with a fight in the top 5. Stay strong, Jared, and blessings. Peace.
