He was given multiple chances to regain his ranking spot, since he was a star and the UFC liked pushing him, but wasn’t ever able to get it back. They gave him Donald Ceronne who was ranked, Luque wasn’t ranked yet but got ranked after their fight, and Geoff Neal was also ranked #13 when he faced him. All the way till his ufc departure he was fighting straight killers right outside the top 15 too. That’s where there’s little to gain and a lot to lose

I've never met Mike, let alone spent any time around him to know who he "really' is. It (seemed) like he was a bit out of control, during his UFC days.
