Serra had a 5-4 UFC record when he fought GSP and I would argue he lost the fight against Lytle that got him that title shot, especially considering Lytle won the rematch, so he had no business even being in that fight with Georges. His previous wins over Edwards, Menjivar, Curran and Dullanty are above average wins for sure, but they were at 155 not 170. He's the UFC equivalent of the Brooklyn Brawler
