Shout out to Chris Weidman, who pretended he couldn’t continue against Mousasi due to an illegal knee. Turns out the knee was legal and it was a TKO win for Mousasi, at which point Weidman was magically healed enough to continue and protest this result.

I remember that fight like it was yesterday. That was the day I lost any respect for Chris “Ipoke-U2Stoppage” Weidman and it was clear as day that “The All-American Pussy” gassed out after getting a bunch of useless takedowns, from which Gegard got up easier and easier as the fight progressed and Weidman tried his hardest to get a DQ win or at least a No Contest but fortunately the MMA GODS were watching and Weidman got a TKO loss as he deserved… and since he’s gotten away with cheating like nobody I’ve ever seen- RIP Bruno Silva…

That battle fight was hilarious. Fighters have 5 minutes to recover from an eye poke. Lousa called it after a minute, which is fine. There's no issue there. If you know you're done then no need to take the full 5. But it was less than 5 minutes total from the eye poke to him telling Battle he was going to kill him. Like, bro. Get in there. You still have a chance, what do you mean?!??!

If the knee that landed on Diego rocked him even the slightest bit he has ever right to not continue. Just because he looked like he could doesnt mean it wouldn't have lead to him getting finished right away. Technically speaking Sanchez vs Perreira fight should have been stopped as it was; however, unless the ref had definitive proof that the strike was not only illegal but also intentional (which it clearly was not, and even if it was, there’s no way to prove it, unless it was a repeated foul, and the fouling fighter was warned and deducted a point before the fight ending strike happened), in which case if the fight got stopped due to the fouled fighter unable to continue bc of the illegal strike, the rule is clear, unless the illegal strike is clearly intentional, in a 3 round bout, the fight has to have commenced past round 2, after which it goes to the judges’ score cards for a technical decision, which would clearly have Perreira win by technical decision. Because what would happen if the fighter who fouled is either warned or even deducted a point after throwing an illegal strike, and the fighter who got fouled is unable to continue? It would instantly be a TKO loss for Sanchez or win for Perreira and in this case there was absolutely no evidence to conclude that the illegal strike was intentional.

Aljo vs Yan absolutely should’ve been here. Aljo spent like 5 minutes holding his head, covering his face, pretending to cry, and flopping all over the canvas before the fight was called off. There were several occasions where he sits up, talks to the referee, then immediately falls back down on the canvas and starts rolling around again. Did Yan hit him with an illegal knee? Absolutely, that’s his fault, but Aljo clearly milks it.

Yes, Battle was denied a likely decision win over Loosa, but he wasn't as dominant as Battle whines, nor picking Loosa apart as even the host here claims. The media-driven Bryan Battle bias continues into the Jousset fight, and if I'm righr the karma gods are going to leave BRATTY Brian Battle on the wrong side of a decision, and tons of busted parlays for those who bought into the hype of this ass wipe..

You're talking about Omalleys fight in the first of the video in a promotion thats not the UFC but show a video of big John talking about UFC rules you dont know what the rules of that promotion were not all rules are universal

John McCarthy was not a referee in that organisation where 'back of the head' seems to actually mean back of the head. John McCarthy doesn't get to make up the rules for every MMA outfit.

Yeah, the video was great but without the yan/aljo situation, it's pretty much pointless. The wimp milked and cried his way to an undisputed belt, how can you do a whole list and just mention it in passing at the end, without any arguments offered? Why don't you see it as harshly, Jason? Porque?

Most of the list is unfair from MMA on Point... blaming a guy for quitting for being punched in the throat or eye, how daf do you know how much that hurts? Just because other fighters react differently? Didn't expect this from these great gentlemen.

I didn’t really like Aljo but he haas grown on me, having said that I think that his fight against Yan( even though the knee was 100% illegal) but many people including myself thought it was possibly a bit suss, he redeemed himself of course in their 2nd fight, and I know it was addressed in the clip but it’s just an opinion that’s alll.

The Diego Sanchez fight is the one Fabia was trying to blackmail the UFC with, which led to Sanchez getting his fight cancelled and his contract cashed out. O'Malley vs. Assuncao (sp?) should be on this list too. That was a pretty obvious quit.

Fighters get kod and tkod in pretty much every event. After a minute, generally no matter how bad the ending, they are back up looking none the worse for wear. You know they're faking it when they start LOOKING hurt. Aljo, for example, has been kod and tkod and never looked like a kid trying to get a sick day from school except when he knew it was going to help him against Yan. Yan fouled him and should've been dqd but acting that way shouldn't have happened for any reason. It's just a bad look for the sport and that's why people got so pissed I think.

Frank Shamrock v Renzo Gracie, under the Strikeforce banner. There was no force behind Shamrock's knees, he was on his back for Christ's sake. Cheap win for Renzo.

It's tough with the I pokes man. Seriously, I got an eyelash stuck in my eye and I couldn't see out of it for 3 days. So imagine a finger going in your eye and I'm sorry but that's going to do a lot more than a damn eyelash. You can tell when I poke is serious. Todd Duffee was never that guy to back out. He was gassed, yes. But he just needed 2 minutes and he would have been back in it. Todd wouldn't have backed out on purpose to win. I'm not saying all the guys who get poked back out to win but some are actually serious.

Their are so many dubious fights in the UFC, too many in fact, it often seems fake/fixed so no wonder the fighters act dodgy when the promotion is.

You can replace Diego with Aljamain the man was nearing 40 years old, if ever it was acceptable for a fighter to look for a way out, it was Diego lol Aljo's was blatant AND for a belt smh
