www.MMAWeekly.com/ -- LAS VEGAS -- Forrest Griffin and Tito Ortiz finished their trilogy of fights on Saturday night at UFC 148, Griffin coming out on top two fights to one. Not only was it the end of their trilogy, the fight also marked then end of Ortiz's career.
Interrupting Ortiz's moment with UFC broadcaster Joe Rogan after the fight, Griffin was apologetic at the UFC 148 post-fight press conference, disappointed not only in his fight performance, but also his post-fight actions.
Check out Forrest Griffin's UFC 148 post-fight press conference remarks and apology to Tito.

I find it odd how Tito got upset for someone being "disrespectful" yet he made his career by being disrespectful.

If Tito was looking for a final post fight interview that will go down in ufc history, that's exactly what he got... In a way he should be thanking Forrest Griffin

I thought it was really funny that Forrest interviewed Tito, I was more pissed off that Ortiz was worrying more about switching his silly shirt then giving a decent farewell speech. Not sure what the whole walking out of the octagon right after the bell was all about though

*complains* "I can't complain" *complains again* Tito was the best Light Heavyweight in the UFC back when everyone sucked. The first multi-disciplined fighter he fought beat the shit out of him twice. And he never beat anyone that had any real skill after that. All Forrest had was heart and personality. Maybe if Tito wasn't a piece of shit while being the best of a bunch of bad fighters I would have some sympathy for him not getting his moment. But he was a pile of garbage his entire career. He wasn't talented enough to be an asshole and still get respect like Anderson or Jones. He wasn't respectful enough to get respect while being less talented like Forrest. He didn't deserve a moment. He didn't even retire anyway so it doesn't matter

I firmly believe when Forrest walked out he wasn't thinking clearly. Tends to happen when we take significant shots to the head, and only when you've seen yourself doing something you don't remember do you go: "...I... Did that...?" Depression can also be a side effect of repeated blunt force trauma to the brain, and that you need to stop fighting and get an fMRI asap.

There was nothing stopping Joe going to talk to Tito after he talked to Forrest, he still had Tito in the cage after this went on, they definitely made a mountain out of a mole hill. It could have easily been brushed aside and no one would be talking about it now. So stupid, after all the good fights on the night and in Tito's career this will stick out as a memory, which most people will probably think of first!

Mountains out of mole hills. I like Dana but he can be a fucking drama queen sometimes (See Torres, Miguel: Rape Van). I hate forrest griffin, I like ortiz and wanted him to win. But im real, im not going to say ortiz won just because I wanted him too. Hit griffin on the chin twice, he couldnt finish it, that just proves griffins chin sucks. How many times has he caught tito? Even though he didn't rock him he still hit him on the chin 100times The 1st takedown he did nothing with it and griffin got back up and kicked his ass Ortiz got the 3rd round but not the 1st 2. 2rounds griffin 1ortiz therefore griffin wins

You sound like quite the fanboy. The ONLY round that Tito may have won was the 1st. He didn't do shit in the 2nd or 3rd. Griffin was simply the more active fighter, Tito got gassed. That's all there is to it.
