*NSYNC has nothing to do with Disney. It was founded by Lou Pearlman, the creator of BSB and 98 Degrees. The only reason why *NSYNC was founded was because Chris Kirkpatrick contacted Justin if he wanted to make a boyband together, and Justin pulled in fellow Mouseketeer JC into the group. However, Lou Pearlman did start up a female group called Innosense (managed by JT’s mom) who had Nikki Deloach (JC’s girlfriend) and Britney in it. They were also ex-MMC.
