If I were President of NASCAR, I'd change the rules so that every infraction during ANY race in the season would park a driver's car for the remainder of the season which would result in his season stats being reset back to zero; it would also reduce the number of cars starting in the grid. The rule would keep going until only ONE driver wins the Championship by default WITHOUT the remaining races taking place.
