To answer past questions about this topic; Jack was born with no skin or muscle covering his stomach, so he had to wear a special cast and a layer of bandages to prevent his intestines from spilling out of his body. Though obviously, this does not inhibit his mobility in the slightest ^^.

Alan Fletcher That's just information I gathered from Crappypasta, since his legit Creepypasta does not explain this detail. He's an imaginary figure, so he does not realistically have blood, but the bandages are never explained outside of that one Crappypasta story.
