Sakuya is the mammy from Tom And Jerry who happened to be named "Mammy Twoshoes" whose face is almost never shown (except for a brief frame in "Saturday Evening Puss"). For those of you who don't know what a mammy is, it is a stereotypical portrayal of a plump African-American woman who is a maternal housemaid and speaks in a southern accent. The archetype was a widely used during the "Jim Crow" era from the late nineteenth century to the early 1960s.

This sort of thing never actually went away, it's just been refined over the years to keep up with changing tastes. Scooby do still does some variation of this in the modern day, spongebob will do the occasional slapstick episode, and tom and jerry are still getting new series and new movies to this day. Their latest theatrical adventure is slated to release in the middle of next year, by the way. As for the way political correctness has changed things, nothing is actually being lost besides mammy toe shoes going from a southern US black lady stereotype to being a stereotype of the Irish believe it or not and a few face exploding gags were edited so that someone's blownup face didn't explicitly resemble blackface.
