I like that the outfits based on concept, and Belle has the best face mold. For the Beast, i'm not a fan that the body was skinnier than his head, but i like the embroidery.

I love Belle's new face mold, but idk if it's just me but I'm not a fan of the Beast dolls because they look a little weird with the body being small and all. Kind of wished they made a Prince Adam doll because we have very little of him. I love the set though!!

Problem is that Adam was produced million times for playline since 1991 (just with furry mask attached to regular ken)... then around 2009-2010 collectors complained why we always get Adam instead of Beast cuz its called 'Beauty & the Beast', not 'Beauty & the Prince'... personally I would love to see Adam with real rooted hair, but if I had to pick between 2, I would always prefer Beast

I just received this set yesterday and the dolls are soooooo gorgeous 😍✨ I think there are more beautiful details and embroideries on their outfits than those of the previous platinum set and I definitely like this set better than the previous one 🥰

It is 2021 and they still can't give The Beast his own special body...wish they would retire that prince body they always try to find ways to cheap out. I seriously want some company to give us a Beast Doll with proper size.

I tried soooo freaking hard to get this set, but it was out of stock sadly 😱😭😢 I adore new Beast outfit & if you look more closely his shirt & pants fit 1991 ballroom far more than first Platinum Beast. For Belle... Im really not sure - why they didn't use the face paint from 2016? Winter Belle is the BEST BELLE EVER, and they should have stuck to using just that head/face type without any changes. However I really love how you posed them at the end together 🥰😍

I have them... She looks million times better in Christmas/Holiday dress than this... This blue gown screams Ariel to me, its almost identical to TLM pink gown... plus colors are soooo Ariel, but then again, concept art is from 80s, period when they were working on TLM - thats why its so similar

Big Beauty and the Beast fan [saw it 15x in the cinema on first release] a big beef with me is most modern Beast Dolls, art and stuff make him look kind of dopey/cute-ish, early stuff when the movie was first out made him look more sullen/stern [So you'd go into the movie not knowing, he's supposed to be a Beast after all] Concept Art/rough cut has been a extra on the DVD releases and BluRay [One I'm hoping for but will prob never see the light of day is the uncut version of the wolf attack scene, originally a lot more full on and brutal]

Belle doesn't have the same face sculpt than the older one. The older Belle has bigger eyes and Shop Disney's eyes are molded in the face sculpt, you can't make them bigger or smaller just with paint. This new Belle face mold looks more like Cinderella's one.
