Hidekaz Hiramuya created the 2ps of Japan, Italy and Germany. He also doodled the models for France and Engand, but abandoned the idea of the 2ps. Some fans discovered the 2ps of only the axis and created the others. So some 2ps are fan-made, others half fan-made and half created by the author himself. I hope it helped you ^^

Both of the fight scenes you saw were motions by two people that are in the credits. The only thing I've changed is America's expression and the camera movement. The other was using the whole motion but I used a small section from the original clip.

Kay. It's called Mentaltalia and it's a 2p Italy story. 2p Italy is in a mental hospital so he has to wear white clothes. And he is having amnesia. He finds himself in a labyrinth by a black phantom which he runs away from. He collects memories of him and his twin brother Feliciano( I put them as twin brothers). And when he had the guts to ask the phantom who it is it reveals that it's his old military self colored grey(means that he is a memory of his days in the military) with glowing red eyes. And he says 'I am YOU' in a creepy evil smile (a/n: that is my favorite part of it). So he has to find a way to get out of there with the help of the old journals left behind by kuro Honda(a/n: I'm putting kuro as the same situation as Luciano. And you know who's his twin). Oh by the way, his eyes are magenta; I don't know why people miss that....
