There is a setting to turn down the amount you're substituted at every position in road to glory. Go to the main screen on ur rtg go over to setting and click the pause button, you'll see all the sliders to turn it down. like this comment so mmg sees

I did a running back road to glory and my senior year. I went to Oregon, and they pulled me so much too! Also about the early graduating thing your academic advisor says if you pass your first three years, the three-point seven GPA or higher you graduate early.
