If you want a recruiting tip. Its best to send the house week 1 and 2 to force them to top 5 quicker and hard sell. Its not good to just put 15 hours for every player. Definitely better to max hours on good players you desperately want. Then hard sell as quick as possible. Visits are also MASSICE
