Dreamweavers exhalted is not required, I got the drop from Shar'thos with only revered, (Valarjar exhalted). As far as I can tell Valarjar is the only rep requirement.

Important announcement. When I killed Nithogg, yes I did receive the skull, yes I am exalted with Valarjar, however I am NOT exalted with Dreamweavers. So perhaps it is related to each zone, as Shar'Thos is in Val'sharah.

I got the Skull of Shar'thos today! I am only exalted with Valarjar and Reverd with the Dreamweavers! You have to put Loot specialiazation to fury and manually loot the Dragon, it does not go to your bag automaticly

Like with anything thats exceedingly grindy pacing yourself is key, for rep focus on days where they are the emissary reward. Kirin Tor also let's pick a faction rep reward. and just put it on an eventually back burner.

Based on my current rep #s, and the average duration of 1 run in each dungeon. I'd have to run Dreamweaver Dungs/Valajar Dungs about 60 hours of runs to get to exalted both reps. Normal dungeons are boring, basically no chance of anything exciting happening, and you end up with a lot of levelers (which nothing wrong with them, it's just slow). Thunderfury took me about 40 hours of farming, but I enjoyed it because the runs are exciting, it's RNG based so I might get it this run, I might get it that next run. It was fun because I had something to look forward to each run, this though it's like "ugh." So a few skins I won't be farming, I'll explain them cause screw rep!

I ran HoV probably 40 times after being exalted with all legion factions before finally getting Haft of the God King. It is most definitely not 100% drop being exalted with Dreamweavers and Valajar.

Yeah, a couple people were exalted with only Dreamweavers, were killing it no drops. Then a few that were exalted with both killed it and all of them received it. So even though it's a different zone they are tied to BOTH, rip. Get exalted with Valajar before you kill Nithogg/Sharthos the next time and each of them respectively will drop their heads.

When Nithogg was live, no one received the Nithogg head except for the people exalted with Valajar, so it was presumed that exalted was required for this guy as well. I didn't receive the item, and items from world bosses are now guaranteed as long as you meet the requirements (this is confirmed by a dev). So I assume there is at least a requirement for maybe just Valajar.
