I got the emote and was in fury. I couldn't see the shield on the gold pile. When I switched to prot spec the shield appeared in front of me on the gold pile. So be in prot spec when searching the gold piles.

Huh i read the book ,went straight down to cave with shield equiped , no emote but still found the shield.. think i might have seen the emote when i was there as part of a questchain, but i didnt know what it was back then. so happy days :D

Awesome vid BUT for anyone trying to get the prot weapon I got it without the emote or whatever it's called. Maybe it's possible that I went in there weeks ago, and it happened but I didn't pay attention ago. After I saw this video I went, no emote and it was there. So check whether you hear it or not

Yes, once you’ve learned the appearance you can generally transmog it. You still have to follow the usual transmog rules, except for your current spec. For example, a fire mage could only transmog the arcane artifact staff if they were using a staff, but they could transmog the fire artifact no matter what kind of weapon they’re using.

The Haft drops from Skovald in the the Halls of Valor dungeon or Odyn in the Trial of Valor raid. It does not drop from Odyn in the dungeon. Hope that helps!

That one is completely RNG. You just have to wait for the quest to be available. Keep trying!

I believe you get one chance each week per difficulty. So if you do Trial of Valor on LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic, you'd get 4 shots in a week at most. Hope that helps!

I don’t think you need all 3 artifacts, but you definitely need to be at least level 110 for that appearance.

I think this works but i have the hidden appearances for all 3 specs by farming with the arcanite reaper one. I got the green version of prot hidden and blue version of fury one.

Yes, if you have one appearance, you can unlock the alternate tints of the other looks, even if you don't have the base forms. It's either a bug Blizz doesn't care about or it's intended.

You do not need to do any of Highmountain. My warrior is also 0/7. And I don't think you need to get all 3 artifacts either. It's the clicking on the lore book that matters, not how many pages it has.

When you enter it into the chat, it should print a chat message that is either true or false. It doesn't make a pop up or anything like that. You can enter it as many times as you want in the chat.

So after legion will players get ALL of the artefact appearances or just the ones they managed to unlock?

Only the ones you've unlocked will go into the transmog system right away. You will be able to unlock most other appearances after Legion though. The exceptions are the Mythic +15 tint of the Balance of Power look and the base form of the mage tower challenge appearances. Those must be earned before Legion ends.

Ouch! That's really bad luck. You might want to check a few things to make sure that you haven't missed the emote. First, I would make sure that you've clicked through the Saga of the Valarjar tablet, the one that shows the history of your artifacts. Second, I would fly around the Vault and look for the Plate. Remember that you have to be in Prot spec to see it on the ground. The emote will only show once, and the Plate will be available from then on, so it's possible it occurred, but you missed it and have been waiting for it to happen again. I hope you find it!

Yes! All hidden appearances are still obtainable! The only changes are that Artifact Knowledge is no longer needed and anything that required level 110 likely needs level 45 after the Shadowlands level-squish.

You need to be Exalted on the warrior you're using to get the appearance. Another character or another warrior won't work.

The Darkmoon Faire is around this week. You can get a rep buff to help. Just do the whole zone story and the world quests each day. Won't take too long. Also, the World Quest Bonus Event is up this week too!

Yes, that's correct. Once you unlock an artifact appearance, it's unlocked for all toons of that class!

Absolutely! All hidden appearances are still obtainable. Everything is the same except you can ignore Artifact Knowledge requirements as long as you're level 110. When you get a new appearance, you have to log out and back in for it to show up in your collection.

This is true. However, if you kill him after you have reached Exalted, he will always drop the Skull. It’s a guaranteed drop once you meet the requirement for it to drop in the first place.

The protection one is completely random so it can take a while. It took me about 2 weeks of checking every day before I got lucky. Be patient and keep trying.

Yes you can! Artifact appearances are character-bound only right now. But, if you unlock it with one of your warriors, when Legion ends and the appearances go into the transmog system, both of your warriors will be able to use it! Also: Thank you! :D
