In this video we are going trough the steps necessary to turn a pretty good OOB scale model airplane instrument panel into a real gem. It is not very complicated and no outrageous tools are needed. So sit back and enjoy this tutorial. Then go ahead and try that yourself.

This is a great series! Aftermarket parts cost as much as the kit. It's great to see you getting great results with oil paints and some patience.

1:58 - 2:00 What’s up with *_THAT GUY?_* Good job 👍 I haven’t done any airplanes yet. I want to do a Corsair, a P40 & P51 Mustang and a Spitfire. I want everything to be as realistic as possible. Your videos will help with that. Thank you.

Very nice work! I tell you what I do. I keep styrene sheets around. Whenever I am going to try something new, I make a test panel doing the new technique. If there is going to be a problem, I'd rather it be on a piece of scrap. I'm going to try oils on my next instrument panel.

Thanks mate, yeah I know. I say to everyone seeking advice always to test on scrap plastic or paint mule. Nad yet I experiment on the fly almost all of the time. 😀
