Samsung LED Smart TV UE40EH5300 complete unboxing.after purchase, Very affordable LED TV from Samsung offering full HD and SMART capabilities (LAN, applications, internet...). Nice picture, great sound and lots of functionalities.
Flaws - screen cannot be moved up and down, left or right - it is basically fixed position and it is necessary to move whole TV to adjust a screen. No 3D capabilities.

Same here. It is still used by kids for console gaming and from Prime video / Plex... Netflix app stopped working 2 years ago, but standard TV, prime app, plex and anything connected via network or USB, still working fine.

Yes, it is cable connection in Germany. There are around 30 free channels and rest of them are encrypted digital channels which you need to pay to view.

yes it does. you also can connect old analog audio devices to it. this tv is 60hz. it emulates 120hz with cmr.

I just bought the 46". I am happy with the stellar reviews I have read. So far, the Smart Apps work GREAT. As an Amazon Prime member, it's easy to pull up free movies. Netflix as well. The speakers are pretty sweet too, I don't feel the need to run my sound bar all the time anymore.

I didn't try mp4 but mkv in most cases works ok. In some cases mkv files are encoded by some strange codec and in those cases TV is not able to play them. As for translations, it works fine, just you need to rename translation file in same name as file that you are playing. You are able via tools to change character encoding so you can view translations in greek, chyrilic and other characters.

Your english is fine. I agree that browser is not easy to use and sometimes it is laggy, Especially on pages with flash content. HDMI connection works without any problems and you can use TV to connect your PC, tablet or any other device with HDMI support. I didn't notice any problems and picture is really sharp. (FULL HD)

Hi. Obviously there are different versions for different markets. Please check full name of your device. On video you can see ue40eh5300wxzg and this device doesn't have built-in WiFi but it does have stereo sound :) It is hard for me to believe that somebody is making device without stereo sound today.

Yes, but wifi dongle has to be bought separately. Only specific Samsung models of USB wifi dongle are supported and they cost around 40 EUR. For now, i connected it via LAN cable.

As explained by Smackindaface this is camera limitation and not TV. By naked eye there is no any flickering.

thank you for this video it will help me when i get mine in 3 weeks mine will be the same model but a 50" im not sure on what type "Hrz" yours is and what type of "CMR" (Clear Motion Rate) is yours but mine however is a 60Hrz with the 120 CMR this New 2013 Samsung LED SmartTV is a good one i have seen the awesome picture it gives specially in HD with the Clear Motion Rate that changes everything im proud to have this type of Samsung model in my home just like how you like yours the funny thing is that im going from a 24" to a 50" its going to be a total difference from the size cause its going to make my entertainment more exciting

This is great for 300 dollars. I got the 32 inch one. It comes in different sizes. The dynamic contrast ratio is 3,500,000:1. Enough to simulate real life quality. Did you know the human eye can see 2,000,000:1 dynamic contrast? You will be pleased. The human eye can see so much. Dont bother getting 4k tvs. This is all you need.

EH5300 is only 50Hz natively. The 100Hz CMR (Clear Motion Rate (CMR) is only a software trick trying to boost up motion quality. The ES6100 could be a better choice, which is real 100Hz, and knows everything that EH5300 for nearly the same price. The diff between 50Hz and 100Hz is very noticeable in fast-moving scenes, when every pixel moves on the screen.

I have the TV for a year. Great TV image quality compared lg.sony.panasonic. Television is full led. There lan network entry. Not come with a dongle wirles. You can share files from your PC including movies, songs. The TV supports all types of sound Dolby degital 5.1 DTS. pcm. every kind. This is important for those who have rciver. (Home Cinema) Supports all types of subtitle in all languages.

For everyone!!! It does have Headphone jack on back. This T.V is 40". The screen was flickering only because of the camera fps. So don't worry, it's crystal clear! And this T.V runs about $400.US

Well, I have a friend that connected this TV (maybe a newest or different version, but I know that was 5300) with WiFi without any adapter, if the TV has it, in the box there's something that says "Wireless WiFi" I guess, so you don't need to buy the adapter

Input lag is only really relevant for pro gaming, if you are just playing for fun then you shouldn't notice anything
