@@anitanance5000 I couldn't really get a read on her. She left those pills in there initially without ever testing them. Maybe I watch too much tv, but I think she should have removed and tested every single item out of the back of that cop vehicle whether she thought it was relevant or not. I found it odd that in the later photos there were pop bottles in the front passenger seat, when in the earlier photo all that was there was that envelope she said Floyd's phone was in.

The Prosecutor did all the work for the DEFENSE Attorney. Very intelligent Attorney to leave it along the prosecutor just destroyed all their credibility, you better believe the jurors caught that very quick. The strongest evidence they have shown at this point has destroyed the States case. A lab trainee would know forsure to collect that evidence.

Everything was done wrong, including DC, calling his Supervisor until After Floyd had been taken to the hospital. DC and None of the other cops told the Supervisor, that they held him down for 9 minutes until much later. It was a couple of hours before the cops were taken in for questioning.

That is what I have been wondering as well! The squad car was moved to the other street, behind the Mercedes, within 15 minutes of the ambulance departing, and before Chauvin’s supervisor, Sgt. Ploeger, arrived... Why would they do that? It’s highly suspicious. The BCA has the surveillance and body cam footage so I think further criminal charges will be coming for the officers.

Last yr people pushed for a swift trial because of the riots and people demanding justice or no peace. But Chauvin pleading guilty to 3rd degree murder and a 10 yr prison sentence (probably with early release), was deemed to be too lenient.

The defense was saying that the liquid on the ground was from condensation from the muffler and Floyd was right there next to the car. Hmm. When you consume drugs you respond to situations differently than you would sober. The knee - that participated in his death! I don’t understand why people claim it didn’t. Lack of aid - once his heart stopped basic life support, if given properly, could have circulated enough oxygen to his vital organs and possibly started his heart back savings his life. The defense is bringing it up because that’s their job. It doesn’t take away from what DC did, but it does show drugs were a part of everything that happened that day. His “friend” was a problem that day too.

I know it’s easy to look back with hindsight but Chauvin had the opportunity to walk in and potentially de-escalate the situation...he was the experienced officer on scene. The other 2 were rookies and probably looking for guidance. It’s just so sad. Floyd was cuffed and sat outside Dragon Wok complying with the officers...they could’ve written him a ticket and sent him on his way 💔
