MNC VS STARTUP - Freshers எங்க வேல செய்யலாம் ?

i tried to mnc's for a whole year but i keep on fail in aptitude i tried as much as i can even i will prepare 10 hours a day for aptitude but i cant clear any aptitude. so after that i joined a small company in my town for 8k just for a month i dint like the job and the work culture so i left that company and joined a small company in bangalore for 12k and i worked there for 5 months in this they actually paid me for 3 months after than they keep on saying some random reason and dint pay me any salary and for me i need to financially support my family it was very late to leave that company so i left that company and again tried for mnc's but i dont know why i cant clear their so many rounds so after 3 months of try for mnc's i started looking for startups and i immediately got a job within a week with 40k per month salary and i am happy now and its been 2 months in this startup i learned a lot and i know every part of the project i will work with every team and my main domain is backend even that also i am doing. now my experience is 7 months thats it. its a very very helpful for me to improve as a developer. now why i am saying this is there majority of people who will try to join mnc's please also consider startup they will see only your skils and even good startups provide more salary than mnc's nowadays so please always improve your skills and atleast consider startup as a option because if you only focus on mnc's you will spend your valuable time in aptitude like things i dint say dont try mnc dont prepare for mnc do that also but at side improve your skills and consider startup as option and get a good package with it and take care of your family as i do. i hope everyone got an idea

Currently I am also facing this same situation like this....I am mechanical engineering 2023 passed out.Now I am studying coding in institute.I am preparing for aptitude and communication daily for crack the mnc interview.......But In my mind, always thinking about get a job ASAP to start my career with good earnings... Startups are looking for technical skills only?... And Avg. Communication is enough for startup or not?... Say some guidance for me based your experience brother... Startup is really better than MNC if you really focus on learning more things & gaining responsibility skills! Context: As a Devops Engineer (fresher) who works in Startup, I am having access to most of the projects which provides opportunities for me to expand better knowledge. If you decided to work in MNC you'll be struck with limited access to resources & repeating sets of task for forever. Sometimes you won't even get chances to work in real time project. Startup is really best for freshers to gain enormous amount of knowledge & experience.
