Minneapolis Police Chase Driver After He Tries to Shoot Man in the Head

During normal patrol, Minneapolis officers saw this driver shooting at people. Officers immediately gave chase, pursuing the driver across the metro and taking him into custody. Surprisingly, the suspect served only probation.
