To be fair, the only thing in front of her in her lanes was a patrol vehicle on the right hand side of the road. The law states that you are to move to the left and slow down, which she apparently was doing, and she came to a complete stop once she was able to see what was going on. I don’t know why they would even ask or repeat her opinion on whether or not the shooting was justified. It clearly was, and she was just clearly overwrought by emotion.
