Stinging Nettles helped one of my family member that has Milofibrosis she had to get blood transfusions every two weeks . She bought stinging nettles juice in a bottle at a store after taking it for nine months she did not have to take blood infusion . She turned a doctor that did not believe in it to a believer he said he was going to tell all his patience 🙂👍

I always harvest with a sports bag so when walking around I'm spreading some seeds , spores to help mothers earth with planting thats naturally . Yarrow grows from the valley floor to the very tops of the mountain's
