Not quite. Maino said he was in the NY prison system the same time as Tupac but at a different facility. He said that word of someone getting raped gets around the system and if it had happened he would have heard about it I heard from others who were incarcerated who said the same thing. They said word would get around even if the victim wasn't famous and by Tupac being famous the word would have definitely got around.
