I’m gonna be honest and transparent here..Baba Shaka is the worst thing that could’ve ever happened to Vernon. He added zero value to his life and took advantage of his naivety. Vernon seems like he’s high functioning on the spectrum and it’s sad that these events occurred through Baba’s toxicity and selfishness. He’s even kinda being condescending to him in the interview. Young men let this be a lesson in individualism and BE YOURSELF!! Being “square” is cool and leads to a healthy life with very little stress.

Interviewer: "Do you consider him gay" Me. YES!! ANY man who can become sexually aroused and violate another MAN is gay. I don't care WHERE they are. Some men do decades and never touch another man they have resorted to dating Palmela and her 5 sisters. Men who violate other men are deviant predators with no type of self discipline or control. I got a little irritated with Eric because I feel like he's exploiting this man (his story) especially about the r*pe. If a woman had been through a r*pe ppl would be very careful about how they approached a conversation about what happened to her. Eric had no compassion in his conversation about what happened to Vernon. This is HARD for A LOT of men to speak about after it happens. Vernon told everyone how terrified he is, he psychologically went into a cage and closed the door out of fear, where he won't even defend himself. There was a book one time that said two people were getting on a bus, the one person got on the front of the bus, and the other person got on the bus, but saw all the seats in the back full, so he psychologically made a backseat in his mind, in order to sit on the bus. The way Vernon's body language got smaller and smaller, and leaned the opposite way, people need to look at kid's body language when an adult walks in the room, does the behavior, body language completely change when the adult enters and exits the room?

The interview was emotional because he really is harmless and doesn't mean no harm to nobody. I commend him for coming on here to open up that wound. Now as far as the interview goes, Larry was a snake! I am just glad to know Vernon is alive. FYI: just my take and opinion so please don't take offense to my comment but I think you guys that interviewed Vernon, kept touching too much on his sexual trauma in prison. He mentioned a one time occurrence but yet you guys kept bringing it up over and over and over to keep making him replay that moment. I only mention it because that was not the main focus of the interview. I am not a man but I know men do not handle these things very well. They usually do not speak on it, because it brings forth shame and just messes with their mental. You guys spoke on that moment of his being violated at least 10 times, OVERKILL, we got it. Just some constructive criticism. I am a subscriber and I do support this channel. Keep up the good work.
