Here is the #MobAI video I’ve been wanting to share: why to do it, what is is, how to do it. TY Scrum Day India for letting me use your platform to share this method broadly.
#MobAI is likely the one skill that you need. This video is how to start.
Choose a useful goal that might be achievable in less than 8 hours if you had skill in it already. Start by setting a 45 minute timer and asking an AI (Google Bard or OpenAI's ChatGPT are fine for now) questions about how to make progress and do what the AI's suggest. After 45 minutes take a 15 minute break. Then do it again. Do it for 4 or even 8 rounds (a full work day) if you can, or possibly even 12 rounds (a 12 hour shift) like I did while working at Tesla. You'll be amazed how far you have gotten. Use this to make progress each day towards a worthwhile goal. You can even ask for help finding like-minded people. Ideally you would do this in a group, remote or in person, of 3 to 5 humans. Then you would use the Mob roles like Driver, Navigator, and MobAI.

Fantastic Video! I have been trying to explain the Musk Method to a friend who is a stock market investor. I used to call it Lean 2.0, but it is much more than that as you explain very well Joe. Now I am calling it the Magic Molecule and I describe to my investor friend that this is so powerful that it makes Musk companies extremely hard to compete with and is enabling them to disrupt every industry they are in. It is what Warren Buffet calls a "moat" which makes a company extremely valuable.

Love the video. Super exciting. But the video seems to assume a lot of extra knowledge - it just covered so much ground so quickly, I felt like I missed something. Is there a book, a course or site or any other videos about this? I'd love to give it a try in video game development, but this video just doesn't seem like enough to do it properly.

Being a creative person this way of working sounds so exciting. I would love the challenge but, being 55, I wonder if I could work at that pace for 8-12 hours a day! Do you see any opportunities for older, creative thinkers, to participate for shorter periods of time?
