What is truly amazing about the Agile professional community is, in general, the people are so much fun. Welcoming, playful, smiling, not taking themselves or each other too seriously. And yet extremely high performance business people. An amazing combination. At an event center I can usually tell the agile events from the other side of closed doors- the sound is more like a holiday party.
